Six key advantages that set us apart from other platforms
Every transaction and piece of personal data you share is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading financial institutions worldwide. We never compromise on security, because your trust is our most valuable asset.
We understand your time is valuable. The online138 payment system supports a wide range of local Malaysian deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX, online banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Withdrawals are typically processed quickly without unnecessary red tape.
With over 500 game options from 20+ internationally accredited software providers, online138 offers an unmatched collection in Malaysia. From video slots and progressive jackpots to Live Casino with real dealers — all in one place.
The online138 customer support team is available to assist you at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. We take pride in fast response times and effective issue resolution. Full support in both Malay and English is available.
Over 80% of online138 players game through their smartphones. That's why every aspect of our platform — from the game interface to the withdrawal process — is fully optimised for a seamless mobile experience on iOS and Android, with no special app download required.
From a 200% welcome bonus for new members to an exclusive VIP program with personalised rewards — online138 ensures every player gets more value from every ringgit they invest. Promotions are updated regularly for seasonal events and special occasions.
From a small platform serving a few thousand users, online138 has grown into one of Malaysia's most recognised online entertainment destinations. This journey didn't happen overnight — it's the result of an unwavering commitment to quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
Every milestone we achieve reflects the trust that Malaysian players have placed in us — and that trust is a responsibility we take seriously every single day.
The platform launched with an initial game collection and solid technical infrastructure, serving thousands of Malaysia's earliest users.
Partnerships with leading software providers such as Pragmatic Play and Microgaming bring over 200 new game titles to the platform.
The introduction of Live Casino with real dealers transformed the gaming experience for Malaysian players — more authentic and more interactive than ever before.
Major mobile device optimisation, enabling a smoother gaming experience on smartphones without any additional app.
An integrated VIP system was introduced to reward loyal players with exclusive perks, higher limits, and personalised service.
Online138 reached the milestone of over 250,000 registered members, reinforcing its position as Malaysia's leading online entertainment platform.
